This Contract (including the Application Page, Identification Card, and any endorsements) constitutes the full and final agreement. No changes are valid unless made in writing and signed by both parties. This Contract may grant you certain rights that vary by state.
Odometer tampering or inoperability that prevents verification of true mileage will void this Contract. If the odometer fails, You must notify Us immediately and provide a Verifiable Document of repair within 15 days.
Coverage under this Agreement shall not become effective until both of the following conditions have been fully satisfied: Thirty (30) days have elapsed from the Agreement Sale Date; and The Vehicle has been driven an additional one thousand (1,000) miles beyond the odometer reading documented in the odometer photograph submitted at the time of enrollment.
